The following person has been booking hotel rooms in Milsons Point, North Sydney and paying for the first night and then staying 3 or 4 nights without paying. Name - PAUL LAGOS He claims to be from Melbourne who has just purchased a cafe in Crows Nest. Says he is doing work on cafe and leaves room early comes back late at night. Pays for initial night then becomes elusive. Hotel staff call him re payment says he is on his way. Never shows tells 3 - or 4 Days of stories then moves onto the next hotel.
