Wanted to order a ring through kaisilver. When I asked about the ability to ship by Christmas 2010, they stated there was no issue. When I related the stories of other customers, they then stated they were cutting production because of problems at their factory. They did guarantee I would receive a rebate if the jewelry did not arrive on time, but I decided to avoid them based on other postings and the situation in Thailand. read full review »
