Spoke with Hanna (Lorraine) in foreclosure dept, wells fargo, 2/25/2011, and she said, anyone who applies for a modification and does not fit, is put into foreclosure. Got that? If things are rough, don't cry to Wells Fargo, because it is decided as soon as you apply whether or not to foreclose. Then check your credit report, If Wells Fargo won't tell you they own your mortgage, your credit report will. read full review »
