where di I start. I cancelled a flight the day before i was set to leave with Delta airlines out of Baltimore @6am. I called delta and talked to an agent who couldnt speak english i may add and told hime i had to reschedule to and afternoon flight. He proceeded to cancel my ticket and issue me a new one. The refund was supposed to appear back on my cc within a couple of weeks.
