Hello Mam/Sir, This is Monika Jha i have a Reliance GSM mobile number "8817155858". I have complaint that i have received a sms i.e. "Dear customer, your subscription to crbt service has been renewedat Rs.30 for a period of 30 days. to unsbscribe sms unsub 1003 to 155223 ( tollfree)". But the problem is the i never subscribed to this type of service. Company has deducted the charge to my perpaid account balance, i want my money which you have deducted through this type of cheating.
