The service offered by their outlet at Hyderabad i.e. venkateswara Motors is very very bad. They often note down the complaints when the vehicle is taken for service and in the evening feign ignorance of the same. The vehicle is given back in the same condition as is received without an iota of service or value addition. Replacement of spares is never done on the plea that the spares are not available with them. They are really thick skinned and any amount of pleas to them to attend to your problem falls on deaf ears. Threats of complaint are given a damn. read full review »
