I had a horrible experience with David's Bridal. I had heard their customer service was bad, but their prices were good. I thought the price was important ... The service was bad enough that I would pay the extra money and go with another store/designer if i did it again. They are hard to get in touch with by phone, their consultants do not know what they are talking about, and I waited forever after my appointment to try on dresses.
