I watched the advertising for hydroxalize and thought I'd try this product out since they advertised a thirty day free trial. When I received it, it wasn't what I thought, it began irritating my skin and I discontinued using it. But when I went looking for the return label, there wasn't one in the package it came in. When I spoke to customer service, they practically yelled back and stated, " We pack a return label in every package we sell sir".
