I purchased an Eken Apad that arrived with a factory defect. At the beginning they appeared willing to consider a claim, however they stopped answering my messages as soon as I intended to make use of my buyer protection from Paypal. I rate them poorly as they evidently try to renege on their warranty statements. I am wondering how they get positive reviews from other customers.
