I recently purchased a laptop on clearance with protection plan $159.99 for 2 years. Took the laptop home opened it saw some screen filled up with fingure prints and light scratch. I called office depot and I asked do I need to have protection plan and how many days do I have before returning the plan they said one month for the protection plan and two weeks for the laptop. I returned the laptop the manager said I have to exchange it so I did buy a hp dv6-3120us. Then I said to the manager I am not going to buy protection plan for this laptop... read full review »
