My Son and I went to popeye's (#4925) on february 28, 2011 for lunch and waited 20 minutes to get our food along with other customer's who had been waiting in the restaurant as well as the drive thru. We were waiting on bisquits, which they ran out of, so they did give us an extra piece of Chicken, but the chicken i had was very overcooked and I didn't enjoy the meal at all. I didn't feel like going back to the counter to complain because I had already waited 20 minutes. That is very unacceptable waitng for 20 minutes and not to mention running out of bisquits. read full review »
