I had a dispute with an individual in Italy after a package that was well packed was damaged. The person put a complaint into PayPal and they froze the money for the item in my account. The case went from December to February, and in the end PayPal sided with the buyer. They said once the item was shipped back to me and received, they would refund the buyer within 10 days. However, the very next day PayPal give him all the money back, and I have yet to receive the package back from the buyer. I figure this is nothing but a BIG scam... read full review »
