PayPal I guess tried to send me a replacement debit card while I was deployed. Naturally I didn’t get it, so after replying to the dozen or so emails to activate a card I didn’t actually have I had to re-apply with a credit check to get a replacement debit card. I then got an email that there was a problem with my account and to go the resolution center.
