My husband and I bought into the Bluegreen resorts in 2005. For the first couple of years, it was nice. We actually upgraded our ownership to the Gold status, 30, 000 points a year. After that it has been all downhill. Maintenance fees have more than tripled. Resort quality has declined drastically.
