A customer purchased a satellite receiver, only to return it three weeks after buying it. The security seal on the receiver was broken, and the electronic card reader was swapped with a different one. The buyer then starts a PayPal dispute claiming that “the item was not as described”. PayPal has completely ignored our written and photographic evidence and refund him for the receiver anyway. We complained to PayPal about the matter only to receive a patronizing, standard email that does not address a single point that we raised. read full review »
