I have a bank account linked to my PayPal account. When I made a payment of $1.99 yesterday on an ebay purchase, PayPal deducted $1.99 from my ebay bucks as well as $10.99 from my bank account. However, PayPal is saying they don’t have any record of the $10.99 they took from my account. PayPal also said they cannot do anything about it, and that I should file a dispute with my bank. If PayPal did not take the money, then who did? Could PayPal leak my bank information to some hacker who took the money in the name of PayPal? read full review »
