Bought 2 Eco Drive Watches a little over 5 years ago, Citizen claims that they never need a battery, not at all true! by thier own admission the battery doesn't last for over 10 years and this is not without routine maintenance every 2 years with the purchase of new gaskets and the re-oiling of the movement which has no jewels and is a typical quartz movement.
