I Patrick Joseph gave $650.00 Dollars to Kenny Santos on February 13, 2011 for Insurance policy# VS 9610374 11. At no time did I sign any agreement with him nor was I notify of any broker's fee or any other fee. On February 16, 2011, I canceled the above mention policy after I gave Kenny proof of Insurance with Geico. Moreover, your bill does not reflect my $650.00 dollars deposit that Kenny got from me.
