I too was a victim of unauthorized charges and deposits from my PayPal account. I am in communications with the victim associated with this deposit and I have since sent my issue to Mr. Scott Thompson/Paypal President demanding both transactions be reversed. I was able to block the ACH from hitting my bank account, but the deposit was supposedly held. However, the victim states this money has left his account. I never received this deposit.
