I ordered a flower arrangement to be specifically be delivered on a special day only to receive an email at the end of that business day that they could not be ordered and to pick a different day. This is completely unacceptable, and when I called customer service, I was told they could do nothing, and the supervisor was out to lunch (End of business day) and then given a false name and phone number. Followed by being placed on hold to "reach the supervisor" then ignored on the phone for 30 minutes. read full review »
