I have had problems with my phones and DSL for over three years. I have called and they stated problems were on the inside, then the problems were on the outside. I have been dropping this week more than ever. Most likely because I have been on the internet taking a class which has to stream. I have been paying for 6m, but I have had between 1.9-3.8 on the good days download speed.
