I see that I'm not the only one out there who fell for this scam. It happened just how all of you have written, the lengthy calls, the whole build-up, everything. I stuck with them the whole six months. The website was being built, I had a couple of suppliers, and then wham. I had an appointment with their tax consultant that was never returned. Numerous calls to reschedule were not answered. As of today, every phone number from anyone I've ever talked to during these six months is invalid.
