I ordered 2 items through DinoDirect to the value of $113 and never received the order. After 5 weeks i contacted DinoDirect via 'live chat' and they refused a refund stating i should purchase substitute items in replace of the originals. They are virtually impossible to contact and i have tried the live chat service several times since, but they ignore me. They need to be accountable for their dishonest dealings and lack of care to their customers. I want a refund like many other customers and we should be given back what is rightfully ours.
