I booked 2 different FD's with phone banking on 5th Feb2011 with two different amount and tenure. I was shocked when i received my documents on 26th Feb 2011, as the amounts for both the FD's were interchanged and even the rate of interest committed was wrong. I have been calling phone banking now and they keep on transferring calls to one another. They even refused to give me the complaint number on 26th and on 28th when i pushed them then i received a complaint number which is DEL355036.
