I ordered and paid for the possibly to download from this website, this has proved impossible to do. On the receipt that I received it stated that I could cancel at any time by going to the link: - http://www.janersapply.con/cancel.acp. This URL does not work. I have emailed them on: [email protected] which was the alternative way of contacting them. They have ignored me and I wish to cancel this order because as I say it is not useable.
