Emirates is a wonderful airlines but that doesn't mean it is 100% perfect worldwide. I strongly recommend someone in the management in Dubai or UAE Head Office to curb into Blue Area, Islamabad, Pakistan office. I tried to reach their (Islamabad, Pakistan) provided phone number (Only numbers 578 1114 / 1115) on different days and different working hour times (Mon to Sat, 09:00 to 17:30 Sun, Closed) but unfortunately couldn't able to get anyone to assist me.
