On 80/30/2010 contact this lawyer for loan modification after three months the lender sent a letter to let me know that the house was in process of foreclosure contact the lawyer to get a explanation, first they never call back after several times finally return my call to tell me there's no refund, your modification is on review by the lender, etc (SCAM) don't hire this lawyer.
