Hi, I have applied for Home Loan six months Back after hearing good reports of IDBI BANK as it is specialized in Home loans. But the pain and torture I went through is enormous. They delayed sanctioning my loan for almost six months. After that they deducted my EMI before my possession. This only shows non-professionalism of Bank. I was just calling bank people and no reply from them. Being a semi-govt bank i thought it to be better than other banks in increasing interest rates. But it's equally bad as any private bank. Therefore I would suggest do not go for Home Loan from IDBI bank or just be prepared for unforseen trouble. read full review »
