Account balance was frozen when reached £1900.00. Have been trying since November to get the limitation lifted – have provided every piece of information requested by fax and uploaded directly via’ the resolution center. It is now January and still in the same position. Have begged them to get someone to call me to discuss but no one ever does – do not know where to go from here. Have contacted the FSA today and requested their guidance – surely this must be holding money under false pretences. read full review »
