Paypal has frozen my account, this is the second time they have done this and I have no idea why this keeps happening. The first time they hadn’t verified my account, although it was registered as verified on the system, but I had reached a payment limit. Now they seem to be unhappy with a payment to Jessops which totalled less that 5 pounds, but if they looked at the payment it is clearly from me.
