Everybody seems so concerned about buying a bogus item. But what happens when a seller sells a perfectly good, as described item, just to have the buyer file a PayPal complaint for no good reason? I’ll tell you. The buyer gets to keep the item, and PayPal negates the sale and comes after the seller for the money they have refunded the buyer. And when you try to explain to them that the buyer has the item and they need to reverse the refund, it falls on deaf ears- and then they turn you over to collections.
