I sold a very small item to a buyer on ebay. The buyer left great feedback for the auction, saying how quickly I had shipped the item. A couple of days later, however, the buyer opened a dispute through paypal saying they had not received the item! On a hunch I contacted other sellers that have had dealings with this same ebay buyer, and was told that the buyer did this same thing or similar to them as well.
