I booked a vacation package to New York city with bookit.com and they lied about this hotel. I booked a four star luxury mystery hotel, which boasted on website included two days of unlimited hop on-hop off bus. I never got the bus pass and when I called bookit.com I spoke to a woman who said she would have support check into this and get back to me before I went on trip: never heard from them again.
