We bought a new Lennar home back in Sept 2004, the house looked nice when we arrived in the USA after a 9hr flight from the UK but within a few months of owning the house things started to go badly wrong..both upstairs showers had very bad water leaks which ruined the ceilings downstairs and within a few months we discovered other homeowners in the same street had the same problem.
