We bought a hp laptop we have had the screen and hard drive replaced under warranty . Then the optical drive done under extended warranty then the laptop was return to us smashed.We where then told parts are not in Australia and wont be for sometime.So after seeking legal advice was told to ask for replacment or refund from Harvey Norman as they sold us the laptop and extended warrany. They of course passed the buck as we though they would. Its every one elses fault not theres Stand behind what you sale. read full review »
