I've just spoken to so many people at Travelocity I can't count (both Amex Travelocity and the Travelocity Booking) - at least 5 people who were incompetent, Even after speaking with individuals in a supervisory capacity I've gotten the runaround. The first person I spoke with transferred me to Delta after I booked my flight on Jet Blue although the problem has nothing to do with either.
