My first order was 90 days in advance of Xmas in 2009. It was guaranteed before Xmas, for a gift. It never arrived. I kept getting notices of shipment during the next three months, but again, it never came. Finally four months later, I cancelled the order. No apology, no courtesy. Nothing was communicated. In Xmas 2010, I stupidly placed another order. It too was guaranteed to be delivered before Xmas. Got it 30 days late. I complained, requested information, and contacted the company continually Never an apology. Never a peep. They don't care. Don't do business with them.
