Dear sir, vodafone essar is not allowing their subscribers to chose the service provider of their choice. They deliberately delays the MNP port out applications for no reasons. This is illegal but the government of India is not doing anything about this. My intention is to inform the globle vodafone management that your company is harassing the common people for their law-full rights .
