I became disabled May of last year around July I called and informed Verizon that I wanted to lower my bill. They talked me into the most expensive package telling me that if I made some changes to my phone that with the CA care program my bill would be around $77.00 per month. This change kicked me out of the care program which gives us a discount and my bill was approx. $149 which was higher before I made the phone call.
