I received a phone call from "American Winners International" claiming I was the monthly winner of a plasma TV and a $350, 000 certified check. He only wanted me to pay the $199 shipping difference via Western Union. And get this, 2 Federal Express guys AND 2 US Marshals would escort me to my bank to cash the check, at which point they would give me my $199 back. HA HA HA HA.
