I bought a Dell notebook and everything was fine. At that point my screen display was dark so after talking to a Dell service rep, he advised me to send it to the Dell service center via airborne. Airborne confirms my notebook was delivered to Dell's Memphis service center. I have spent over 7 hours on the phone with Dell and sent countless e-mails, but I am in an 800 number nightmare.
