I recently stopped into the McDonalds on Reidville Drive in Waterbury, CT. I really have to say it's a terrible experience every time. For the third time in two weeks I have ordered breakfast only to get home or work and find out that I didn't get what I ordered and paid for. I called to complain and explained the problem to the manager. He was not interested in hearing my complaint and ignored my identification of the problems. I suggest everyone stay away from McDonalds. they have a habit of hiring incompetent people, not to mention they are always rude & restaurant is always dirty. read full review »
