It makes me so mad to see this one manager treat her the employees under her so badly at the Goodwill donation sites in the Reno and Sparks area. Pam Alexander-Neihart was hired with no knowledge of GOODWILL and has no knowledge of employee relations. She lies about employees and before you know it the employee is terminated. Employees that have to deal with her are beginning to fear her because she is creating a hostile work environment.
