I have had att uverse for tv, internet and phone for just 3 months. I have had to call twice to get internet access restored. Both times their automated system offers to run a diagnostic test and informs me that there are service issues in my area and don't bother talking to an agent as they won't be able to help you. The first time I waited 2 days for internet access to be restored, only to discover that wasn't the issue at all.
