After months of poor service I received an adverse response to my loan modification application, no signature, phone number, name or any other way to appeal the rejection even though my net pension check is less than 2, 200 dollars and my monthly mortgage payment is 1, 229 dollars. Apparently the government billions the bank accepted for the making homes affordable program is better spent to build a new bank in some third world country where the bank can fleece some more people at our taxpayers expense.
