I went to Bobs Discount Furniture in Worcester, MA and purchased a Living room set and dining room set. The delivery was scheduled and I was informed that a courtesy call would be made the day before the delivery..I NEVER got such a call from them & when I tracked my delivery online it stated they would be at my house between 10A and 1P.
