I have been a member on Ebay for ten+ years. I've bought as well as sold, having only two issues in all those years. I sold a baby book that the purchaser changed their mind on. I gave them a return, however, upon receiving the book back, it was ruined. It looked like it had been sitting in the rain (possibly on their porch). I contacted Ebay and was told I had to return the money since their was no proof the book looked like that when the buyer received it (the buyer said in feedback that it was received in great condition).
