I won a Blackberry 8520 in August 2010; the phone was bought & delivered to my door the first week on September 2010. I started using the phone on 1st October 2010, as of December 2010 I’ve been having endless problems. Eventually on 17 February 2011 I gave it in for repairs. I must say that I did get great service from the MTN store that I took my phone into. Sadly I’ve been having problems with MTN head office.
