i had to cancel a 4week holiday to thailand on my heart consultant's advice. all 4 hotels gave a full refund, ibooked one hotel through koh tao holiday service (asia's premier friendly booking service) they are now demanding a cancellation fee of 45% of the hotel cost. this cannot be correct they now refuse to answer all my emails. how should i proceed ? kind regards mike davies read full review »
