On 02/02/2011 I went online to renew my Norton Anti virus for 2011 and the first one I tried to purchase, I didn't notice till after, when I was checking over my order. That I had checked the Norton 2010, which I had already and it had expired. I tried to cancel my order but was unsuccessful. I believe it was the next day when I again purchased the Norton anti Virus Software for 2011, this time I did get the correct year.
